Every WonderLab party is delivered with care, creativity and attention to detail. If something isn't quite right on the day, please let us know immediately so we can do everything we can to make it right.

  • Simply complete our enquiry form online. We'll check your preferred date and contact you within 24 hours to confirm availability and guide you through the next steps.

  • Not yet. Your booking is confirmed once your deposit has been received and you'll receive a confirmation email with all the details.

  • A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.

    The remaining balance is due 7 days before your party.

  • We recommend booking 4–8 weeks in advance, particularly for weekends and school holidays.

  • Travel is included within 40kms of Wilton.

    Parties outside this area may incur a travel fee, which we'll always discuss before confirming your booking

  • Spark – 1.5 hours

    Imagine – 2 Hours

    Ultimate – 2 Hours

  • Most of our experiences are designed for children aged 5 years and older.

    If you're celebrating a younger child, please contact us and we'll recommend suitable options.

  • Yes.

    A responsible adult must remain on-site for the duration of the party.

  • Just the space!

    We'll bring everything else needed for the workshop.

  • Absolutely!

    Every child leaves with something they created themselves.

    Final guest numbers are due 7 days before your party.

  • Parties may be rescheduled with at least 14 days' notice, subject to availability. Requests made within 14 days will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

    However, if you need to reschedule, we'll do our best to accommodate another available date.
