Frequently Asked Questions

  • Our school holiday programs are designed for children aged 5–12 years. Specific age recommendations may vary for future workshops and experiences.

  • Our School Holiday Program offers:

    🕘 Morning Session: 9:00am – 12:00pm

    🕐 Afternoon Session: 1:00pm – 4:00pm

    Families can choose the session that best suits their schedule.

  • Yes. WonderLab programs are designed as drop-and-go experiences, allowing parents and carers to leave children in our care for the duration of the session and return at collection time.

  • No. Parents are not required to stay during the session. Children will be supervised by WonderLab facilitators at all times. You are more than welcome to stick around and maybe grab a coffee at our nearest Cafe.

  • We recommend bringing:

    • A labelled water bottle

    • Comfortable clothing suitable for creative activities

    • Any required medication (with prior notification)

    All workshop materials are provided.

  • Children should arrive having eaten beforehand. We will provide a light morning/afternoon tea snack with water breaks throughout the session.

  • Activities may include:

    🎨 Creative arts and crafts

    🧪 STEM and science-based activities

    🏗️ Building and problem-solving challenges

    🎲 Interactive games

    ✨ Imaginative themed experiences

    Each session is designed to encourage creativity, confidence, curiosity and connection.

  • Standard session price:

    $75 per child per session

    Early Bird Offer’s are available to please ensure you are connected with us on our socials.

  • Cancellations made more than 7 days before the session may be eligible for a refund.

    Unfortunately, refunds cannot be provided for non-attendance or cancellations made within 7 days of the event.

    Please contact us if exceptional circumstances arise.

  • Please provide all relevant medical information during the booking process.

    Our team will do their best to accommodate individual needs where possible and ensure a safe and inclusive environment.

  • All WonderLab facilitators working directly with children hold valid Working With Children Checks (WWCC) and are committed to creating a safe, welcoming and inclusive experience for every child.

  • Occasionally, photographs may be taken for promotional purposes.

    Parents will be given the opportunity to provide or decline photo consent during the booking process.
